Fran Quirin is presented a Certificate of Excellence for Innovation by Associate Vice Chancellor Scott Bernotas and Assistant Vice Chancellor Owen Cooks. Fran’s implementation of a system to streamline our design review process, enables accelerated design review and takes a huge burden from project managers in drawing distribution and delivery of project contract documents across campus.
